There are two entry points to the Transfiguration Advisory coaching process.
The first is a critical challenge, inflection point or decision you need to make as a leader. We provide an experienced external perspective to give you the confidence you need, when you most need it.
The second is leader driven – here we start by understanding your inner landscape as a human, identify the key development opportunity in your current role – and based on this help you articulate and step into your next evolution as a leader.
Both offers includes one-on-one coaching, online or by phone and with follow-up email communication.

Signature Culture Catalyst Journey

Overview:
This is our signature 10 session coaching offer, delivered over 3 months. The nature of the process requires a 10 session journey.
In the first two sessions, we will work together to build awareness of what is the key opportunity your current role provides - considering a broad set of lenses. In line with Transfiguration Advisory principles, they include both rational (feedback, leadership assessments, personality assessments, performance reports) as well as more intuitive lenses (family inheritance, horoscope, numerology, other forms of divination). In the first session we would agree on which lenses you already have available, and which additional lenses we will additionally gather.
In the 3rd session we reach a point of choice. In this 120 minute session, we will review all the available lenses, and based on this awareness articulate the leadership shift you desire to make over the next year.
In sessions 4 to 10 we get very practical. Now that the shift is clear, we will work together to translate this shift into concrete practical behaviors which will help you embody the next evolution of your leadership.
