Transfiguration Advisory is a specialized consultancy composed of lead advisors, diagnostic team members and sense making savants.
Lead advisors typically deliver a broader range of offers, including individual leader coaching, keynote speeches and leadership of the diagnostic process.
Diagnostic team members play a variety of different key roles that are required for the execution and delivery of a world-class diagnostic – from data gathering to pattern recognition.
Sense making savants contribute one specific perspective they have deep expertise in during the diagnostic data-gathering process. We jointly select the savants, at the start of the diagnostic, based on the biggest needs of your organization.
